Start Line Cut-Off

Start at Bradfield Park, Milson's Point travel over the main deck of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, finishing at the Conservatorium of Music, the entrance of the Royal Botanic Gardens.
For slower runners, joggers or walkers it is important to be in the correct starting group. There are three groups in each race all seeded according to expected finish time. All prams and wheelchairs (except racing chairs in the marathon) must be in the final start group of the Blackmores Bridge Run and Medibank Family Fun Run (C Group) only, this excludes the Marathon and Half Marathon. Your time will not be affected in any way as the timing chip will only record your time from when you cross the start mats to the finish line mats. This will allow you to enjoy the event at your own pace and provide you with the best possible end result.
NOTE: All four events in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival are seeded into groups A, B and C this is based on times. All prams, wheelchairs etc are to start from Group C only.

All entrants are urged to utilise the baggage drop at the Expo and will be provided with a clothing bag sticker (found within the Event Kit) which is a replication of your race bib. Clothing needs to be dropped prior to 12PM SHARP on Saturday 17th Sept 2016.
Please do not place in your bag valuables such as wallets, keys, phones etc. Belongings must be collected before 2:30pm on Sunday race day or they will be treated as lost property. The organisers take no responsibility for the contents of any bag, for theft or loss of property.
|Integrated Transport Ticket||Simply show your chest bib to access public transport on event day. Please contact the Transport info line on 131 500 or visit www.transportnsw.info  for information on early morning bus or train services. The start area is right outside Milson's Point Station.|
