Can I change events?
You can change between events by completing a change of event form. Change forms can be sent to the festival office via email up until 5pm Friday 11 September. Any forms received after Friday 11 September 5pm at the event office (via email) will NOT be processed under any circumstance. After this time, all forms must be taken to the ASICS Event Expo in person to complete the transfer. No changes will be made unless you bring your original event kit to the information desk.
You can change down to a shorter distance at no extra charge. To increase your distance you can simply pay the difference between the two events. Click here to change your event >>
Can I transfer my entry or obtain a refund?
Entry fees are non-transferable. Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers as per the event's terms and conditions agreed to at the time of registration. Entry fees are refundable before July 31, 2015 although 25% of the entry fee is retained to cover administration costs. Click here to download a Withdrawal Form >>
