Event Changes and Withdrawals
Can I change events?
You can change between events by completing a change of event form. Change forms can be sent to the festival office via email up until 5pm Friday 12 September. Any forms recieved after Friday 12 September 5pm at the event office (via email and fax) will not be processed under any circumstance. All forms must be taken to the ASICS Event Expo in person to complete the transfer prior to collecting your Event Kit. No changes will be made if you have already taken your originally assigned Event Kit unless you return it.
You can change down in distances at no charge, but to go up in distance you must pay the difference from original entry fee to late fee for that particular event. Click here to change your event >>
Can I transfer my entry or obtain a refund?
Entry fees are non-transferable. Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers as per the event's terms and conditions agreed to at the time of registration. Entry fees are refundable before July 31, 2014 although 25% of the entry fee is retained to cover administration costs. Click here to download a Withdrawal Form >>
